‘Tis The Season to Eat, Drink and Be Merry at Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts

 

LAS VEGAS (Dec. 5, 2019) – This holiday season, Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Resorts are decking the halls and rolling out festive offerings for guests celebrating the merriest time of the year in Las Vegas.

The Feast of Seven Fishes

Italian-born Giada De Laurentiis continues the annual Feast of the Seven Fishes tradition at her namesake restaurant, GIADA at The Cromwell, with a delicious tasting menu available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Guests can celebrate with an antipasti platter of baccala arancini, Sicilian tuna crostini with sundried tomatoes and olives, coppa salumi and EVOO braised octopus. For the second course, choose between king crab with angel hair pasta with swiss chard and taleggio fonduta or spaghetti and clams with lemon gremolata and parmigiano-reggiano. For the third course, guests will have the difficult decision between grilled swordfish with farro risotto, tiny vegetables and fennel citrus salad or Hawaiian red snapper with black truffle parsnip “fettuccini,” pea shoots and lemon crema. For dessert, De Laurentiis is taking a page from her “Giada’s Holiday Handbook” tv show with Zuccotto with almond cherry semifreddo and panettone, or hot cocoa souffle with toasted marshmallow gelato and chocolate sauce.

The iconic Italian institution, Rao’s at Caesars Palace, will offer a Feast of the Seven Fishes menu with a variety of à la carte seafood specials from Chef de Cuisine Fatimah Madyun including: Rao’s seafood tower featuring 1 pound of Maine lobster tail split, three snow crab claws, shrimp, calamari and more; baked clams; grilled octopus; linguini and clams; lobster and shrimp ravioli; frutti di mare; and pan seared branzino. This specialty menu is only available on Tuesday, Dec. 24.

Holiday Dining Offerings

Caesars Palace

  • Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is serving up its British twist to Christmas Day with a festive prix-fixe menu for $80. To start, enjoy pan seared diver scallops with roasted heirloom carrots, chickpeas and lemon. The entrée is Ramsay’s specialty, roasted beef wellington with black truffle potato, swiss chard and mushrooms and a red wine demi. Add a butter poached lobster tail for an additional $15. For dessert, experience another Ramsay signature with sticky toffee pudding served with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.

  • On Christmas Day, Rao’s will feature several specialty dishes including: Italian wedding soup; potato gnocchi in sausage ragu; branzino livernese; and braised pork shank. For those with a sweet tooth, don’t miss the chocolate peppermint yule log with gold dusted berries.
  • Restaurant Guy Savoy will serve its Christmas Prestige menu ($385 per guest) on Tuesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 25 and will feature exquisite courses including: crab salad and Osetra caviar; coco beans and foie gras terrine; octopus in cold steam; Chef Guy Savoy’s signature artichoke and black truffle soup; brie fermier black truffle; a choice between guinea hen, gnocchi and sauce albufera and A5 Kagoshima Japanese Wagyu beef; and more. Bally’s Las Vegas

  • The famed steakhouse, BLT Steak, will feature a variety of holiday blackboard special dishes beginning Tuesday, Dec. 24 and running through Monday, Jan. 6. For appetizers options, guests can experience butternut squash soup or seared foie gras. Entrée options include dry-aged prime rib, seared sea scallops and rack of lamb. Sides include braised Brussels sprouts with honey crisp apple, loaded sweet potato with spiced pecans and applewood smoked bacon. For dessert, try the chocolate-chestnut tart or cranberry spiced bread pudding. In addition to being available a la carte, guests can order these dishes in a holiday prix-fixe coursed special for $90.

Harrah’s Las Vegas

  • Oyster Bar & Grill will feature a few festive dishes to its already robust menu. A 10-ounce filet topped with truffle butter, served with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted carrots and asparagus and fresh truffle shavings will be available for $50. End with a choice of traditional pecan or apple pie, or pumpkin cheesecake for $8.
  • Flavors Buffet will make guests feel right at home with its Christmas Day menu that includes classic festive flavors in dishes like honey baked ham, cranberry and rosemary stuffed pork loin, herb and butter roasted turkey, roasted baby yams, eggnog pound cake and a selection of holiday pies. Other highlights include: crab artichoke salad, roasted butternut squash and bacon soup, salmon Oscar with bearnaise sauce, spinach crusted seabass with lemon herb, grilled oysters topped with herb garlic butter, Dungeness crab legs, pumpkin angel food cake, cranberry Christmas cake and more.
  • Enjoy a holiday dinner while taking in the incredible views from Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s floor-to-ceiling windows. On Dec. 25, enjoy a starter, entrée, side dish and dessert paired with a glass of house white or red wine for $95 per person. Selections include: lobster bisque or steak house salad; roasted turkey breast served with gravy, sausage and herb stuffing and cranberry relish or 16-ounce. prime rib served with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans; and additional sides of sweet potato casserole or cauliflower au-gratin. To end the evening on a sweet note, choose between white chocolate bread pudding or eggnog crème bruleé.

The LINQ Promenade

  • Off the Strip Bistro & Bar will celebrate Christmas Eve with festive specials. Check out the prime rib dinner served with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and au jus for $34 or the chicken cordon bleu made with Canadian bacon and cheese, served with mashed potatoes and topped with Beurr Blanc sauce for $29.
  • Looking for a quick festive bite? Stop by Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips on Dec. 25 for a beef wellington with sea salt chips, truffle mayo and bordelaise sauce, cost is 18.99 with a beverage included. For those with a sweet tooth, don’t miss the sticky toffee pudding ice cream bar for $6.99.

Paris Las Vegas

  • Enjoy Burger Brasserie this Christmas with a specialty a la carte menu, featuring a roasted golden beet salad ($11); bacon wrapped beef tenderloin served with a twice baked loaded potato, roasted baby carrots and red wine demiglaze ($28); sweet potato pecan pie ($8) and pumpkin crème brûlée ($8).
  • Le Village Buffet brings the charm of France to a festive buffet setting. Holiday featured dishes include crab legs; roasted duck confit; a carving station of glazed ham, prime rib and roasted turkey; chicken supreme with black truffle; soy glazed salmon; crepes made to order; and a variety of traditional and non-traditional sides, salads, entrees and desserts. Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino

  • Spice Market Buffet will spice things up this Christmas with a two-day holiday feast of specialty brunch and dinner dishes. From 7 a.m.-3 p.m., experience a mixture of festive flavors like roasted turkey breast and glazed ham coupled with brunch favorites like roasted slab bacon, pulled pork eggs benedict, spinach and artichoke frittata and more. For dinner, additional dishes include, chimichurri leg of lamb, roasted garlic thyme prime rib, crab-stuffed sole with roasted fennel cream, seafood paella, BBQ ribs and pork loin with red onion and pear compote. Don’t miss the customizable mac and cheese station as well as other international fare from Mexico, Latin America and the Middle East. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino

  • Celebrate with one of the best views from 50 floors above at VooDoo Steak. Guests can experience a prix-fixe menu with a choice of Caesar salad or lobster bisque to start, followed by an appetizer of applewood smoked slab bacon and then an intermezzo. For entrées, choose between a 20-ounce. bone-in ribeye or a 10-ounce center cut choice beef filet, both served with whipped potatoes and jumbo asparagus spears. Cool Activities

The LINQ Promenade has turned into a modern winter wonderland with Holiday Magic, featuring festive décor and live entertainment from now through Wednesday, Dec. 25. Don’t miss the nightly holiday stage show at the top of the hour from 6 to 9 p.m. featuring seasonal songs mixed with hip-hop favorites—all accompanied by LED-costumed dancers, stunt acrobatics, street “elves” and snowfall. New to Holiday Magic this year is an interactive tree light display, where guests can create their own personalized light show straight from their phones’ playlists. The technology includes 16 strands of lights on a 12-foot-tall tree, which will twinkle in syncopation with music selections from guests’ smartphones.
