Caesars Palace Opens Buddy V’s Pizzeria by Buddy Valastro This Summer

The celebrity baker and television star joins the Caesars Palace culinary roster with his new concept inside Forum Food Hall

LAS VEGAS (May 30, 2024) - It’s time to roll out the dough and stretch the “mutz.” Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro will delight pizza lovers and foodies alike with the newest addition to his Las Vegas portfolio, Buddy V’s Pizzeria. As his first venue within Caesars Palace, the celebrity chef’s new concept promises to bring innovative twists as well as mouthwatering classics to the resort’s vibrant food scene this summer.

“At Buddy V's Pizzeria in Caesars Palace, we're all about bringing people together through our love of great food,” said Buddy Valastro. “From our signature pizzas and sandwiches to our homemade mozzarella, each item on our menu reflects a piece of our family's culinary tradition. Buddy V's Pizzeria is redefining the traditional New York-style pizza experience with an extensive and varied menu that includes sandwiches, breakfast items and desserts. Guests can indulge in a selection of pizzas, authentic Jersey-style sandwiches, house-made mozzarella and delicious breakfast sandwich options. Additionally, the restaurant offers a variety of fan-favorite desserts.

Buddy V’s Pizzeria will be inside the Forum Food Hall of Caesars Palace, occupying DiFara Pizza’s former space.
