LAS VEGAS (Aug. 28, 2024) – Ramen, dumplings and buns galore... Mokbar by Esther Choi will soon arrive in Las Vegas, marking the acclaimed chef’s fifth restaurant. Set to debut inside the Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace this fall, the quick-service establishment is inspired by Esther Choi’s Korean roots, combining traditional and modern takes on Korean cuisine. Mokbar will join several other fast-casual concepts led by celebrity chefs in the space, including Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay and Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy! Tortazo by Rick Bayless and Buddy V’s Pizzeria by Buddy Valastro are set to open later this year.

“I’ve always had an appreciation for food, and developing creative dishes to connect cuisine and culture is something I’m very passionate about,” said Chef Esther Choi. “I can’t wait to showcase the delicious offerings at Mokbar to guests around the world who visit Caesars Palace.”

Mokbar will offer a diverse menu for both seasoned Korean food enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The fast-casual experience will feature classics like Pan-fried Dumplings, Buns, Fried Chicken, Bibimbap and Dumplings in Broth. Guests can choose from an array of rich ramen flavors and multiple rice bowl options. The Bulgogi Bowl will feature thinly sliced ribeye marinated in K-BBQ sauce with sauteed carrots, onions, duo seasonal kimchi, poached egg, scallions and sesame seeds. The Salmon Avocado Bowl will include seared marinated salmon, avocado, crispy tofu, mixed greens, cucumber, pickled daikon and furikake, served with a ginger scallion dressing. Mokbar will also offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including Mokbar’s signature iced teas, sparkling soju cocktails and beer.

“Welcoming Mokbar to our Culinary Empire is an exciting opportunity for us,” said Terrence O’Donnell, SVP and General Manager of Caesars Palace. “We are proud to open the first West Coast location and look forward to serving delicious dishes created by the talented Chef Esther Choi.”

Mokbar will be inside the Forum Food Hall of Caesars Palace, occupying Tiger Wok & Ramen’s former space.
